I found good deal from PIC-UK travel agency but the promo is with return flight, will it cause any problem at the immigration?
Asiana Airline got the best deal and the destination is in Clark Pampanga very near to my hometown just few hours awayand the best advantage I'm allowed 40kg luggage..wowflight cost £420.

    Return Flight

Of course it's ok to book a return flight

However, if you are allowed to use the "return" bit is down to what visa you have at the time of the return.

.... and if u can't, I'd check if there is a refund poicy in operation.

HI BBJ thanks for the quick reply, I'm holding fiancee visa expires on December 8, 2009 due for legal complications we can't marry yet (read my blog) if I will be leaving on Nov. 28, 2009 and assuming return is December 6, 2009 will it be possible? but not intended to use the return flight as my fiance need to settle legal matter first and hopefully he will be back in Phil in due timethe travel agency says no refund policy.

.... just don't mention that u don't intend using the return bit.

The travel agency doesn't care ..... they have their money
The airline doesn't care .... they have their money.

Perhaps for good order, when u arrive in the Philippines, call the airline,
and explain that due to unforeseen circumstances you will not be using
the return portion of the ticket.
Who knows ... they might, just might, offer u some sort of refund (altho' I doubt it)

... and yes, was aware of your crazy situation.
There should have been a lot of pressure brought to bear on the UKBA via your MP
to get your fiancee visa extended for another 6mnths while the problem was resolved,
as it was their cock-up in the first instance.

Most cheap tickets have many restrictions.

You are not allowed to rebook your return to UK at all
You can rebook but you need to pay a certain amount
    No Refund policy etc.

If you want open ticket with free rebooking, it cost expensive.
But it's worth to undecided like you.

I flew Thru Emirates last year and it cost about £750 return,
But I have first free rebooking so I rebooked my flight.
