Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.
In theory yes, SERPS in the old days and now Additional State Pension but it's not a huge amount and it assumes their will be no changes in the next 14 years.
It's not so much how much tax you pay but SERPS and Additional State Pension are earnings related.
When the Tories get in next election they have already stated that they will bring forward the plans to increase pension age so the likes of me who could have retired at 65 will probably have to wait to age 66 or 67 now.
Chances are that state pension will be worth even less in 15 years time and if the economy doesn't improve drastically our personal pensions are not going to be worth an awful lot either.
Philippines has reciprocal pension agreement with the UK so a Brit can take their state pension in the Phils and will still get any annual increases and so on.
Trouble is the pound may not be worth a lot in 15 years
