yes little Joe is whiter than me, and my parents are from the Baltics, and you don't get much whiter than them (I've blonde hair and blue eyes )
only thing he has from his mom are brown eyes and brownish hair (but at the back he has a blondish streak) told the misses its because of her weak pinoy dna
