hi...my brother and his co-nurses were sponsored by an NHS hospital. They filed for visa at the UK VFS 2weeks ago and just 2 days ago, 34 of them were refused entry because they only got 65points and not 70 which is required. Their agency told them that the reason why they fell short of 5 points was that they did not graduate from a school which is a center of excellence... Does school matter? We know that once a person has bachelor's or master's degree, 10 points is given. Now, the agency will appeal. Do you think my brother and his fellow-nurses be granted visa? How long will it take?thanks
