I managed to sleep for the first time on Friday night. Although my ribs still restricted my movement, I found a 'prone position' that I could bear without screaming too much!!!
Dressings are now off the arms and legs - should be back to normal in another few days I think.
Bike is still in a sorry state - hoping insurance will take care of that.
Oldham Athletic still in a VERY sorry state - stil causing me A LOT of pain!
As I mentioned before - I had no idea that Hanna had informed you of this incident - and when I arrived back here I was totally gobsmacked at the responses and kind thoughts you have all sent. I am not ashamed to say that I was moved to tears.
