To be honest there is some truth in this chain letter, it could happen. But this method isn't the main method used by carjackings, so just because there is a bit of paper on your rear windscreen it doesn't mean you will be carjacked, and it doesn't mean you are safe if there isn't. I can remeber to senior managers at work passing on emails which if they had googled they would have found out are chain letters.
