RIP OFF phone service

You think after using the service of a phone company for 4 years at home and business they would have some loyality
After a few mishaps recently with the service i decided to move on,but now i have just opened a bill for cancellation fee of £228.85
This to be added to my last bill.
I know what i would like to do with there fibre optics

Depends on the contract terms you are on, as if you are on 12 months and cancel early all companies will charge you till the end.

I take it you're talking about Virgin, if you'd have phoned them up to discuss changing they probably would have offered you to stay with them for a 50% reduction in the monthly rate, or doubled your services, that is how it works.
