tells me that your participation on this site is gonna be very short, and not
    so sweet.

    Dear All

With all due respect the solutions given thus far have not been short and not very sweet! The aim is to provide suggestions to people who are unsure of the immigration procedure.

Your support will be most appreciated

    ... and ...

you are providing this advice for FREE ?

The vast, vast majority of the people on here have been through the various
immigration procedures..... be it, working visa, spouse, fiancee, student, and
have come out of it (positively) on the other side.
And all offer their advice (based on their own experiences) for FREE.

    .... and you ? ......????????????????????????????????????????

    Can you enlighten me ?

    Yes the advice is free!

You must appreciate though that some cases may be very complicated and therefore require Solicitors or consultants to handle the cases on their behalf.

I understand that this site is for people who provide advice based on their own experiences however each immigration application is unique and handled by various different caseowners.

If people on this site require legal assistance that is entirely their prerogative.

    But... I'm sure

that you will direct them to this legal assistance if so required .. eh ?
And for that, you take a commission, or a "finder's fee" ?
How much do u get per introduction ?

Basically, the "advice" that you give is ..... "each immigration application is
unique, so I think you should speak to one of our caseworkers, who might
    refer it to a solicitor".

..... and that's when the old cash register starts ringing, yeah ?

Trading on people's desperation & misery......

Sorry po, but you are barking up the wrong tree....

The only complications we encounter is if the ladies are waiting for divorce anulment, which is something that cannot be dealt from the UK.

The rate of overturning ECO negative decisions on appeal is very high too, without recourse to expensive solicitors, barristers and what have you.

Sofar the only people that have had to use external help at a cost to themselves are the ones that didn't have the gumption to google us out before hand....

The idea is to get every single bit of evidence that is needed, collate it, present it, and voila, visa is in the post.... Hardly any interviews at the Embassy.

We are quite proud of our success rate and every suggestion is given free and as you already been told it is based on personal experiences, even allowing different backgrounds, the size of our membership allows us to draw on a selection of scenarios.

Thank you for your offer to help but unless you have a Filipina wife or Fiancee I cannot see what you are really expecting from us.....

    Dear Members

You seem to have misunderstood me. I have at no point suggested that I shall refer people to lawyers in return for a finders fee etc!

Whilst your success rate is commendable I must state that I am not a lawyer looking to make some money!!!!!

    Dear distressed member!

It is entirely up to you to make your own assumption. However I do reiterate, I am just giving suggestions to people in need of immigration advice.
