Welcome to the forum. The first thing you need to do is get your first marriage annulled. The only other option is if you husband no longer around, you don't know where he is and you haven't heard from him or his whereabouts for at least four years, you can file for "Presumptive Death for the Purposes of Remarriage". Until you do either of these two things, I don't think it will be possible for you to get a visa to go to Ireland.
