    She was extremely lucky.

Many years ago I was on the East-Bound Central Line platform at Oxford Circus. I had my papers out as i was performing last minute revision prior to an exam that morning. As the train approached, the gust of wind it created blew some of my papers onto the train line. I waited until the train went by and then, without thinking, leapt onto the tracks to retreive them.

Later that night as i wa telling my mother about it who wa incredibly stressed (silly me). My brother returned home and then started telling us he had done exactly the same thing as his walllet had fallen onto the tracks. Hmmn!

I would not do that on the Underground now!
