I read quite a bit on here about people sending a covering letter to manila to explain how we met,what weve done etc and i copied this letter putting in my own personal stuff, so i also send this to my fiance as i got the impression people where sending direct to manila. The contents need to be as Arthur has said. You need to address the letter to the Embassy, but it always should be sent to them as part of your wife's application, not directly.
