Yes, the language accent will be the first as it is confusing.
When I firstly arrived here, I was shocked with their accent.
I joined my husband in his truck and i used to listen with what they're talking.
When we had a stop at Birmingham, they have their own accent there, when we were at Glasgow, I can't hardly understand, In Edinbugh, Newcastle, it's sounds different accent again. And many more accents.

But you can surely get used to it and carried away with their accent.
Secondly the weather. Their summer is cold, their winter is freezing cold.

They have different types of winds. Gales, high winds, gusty winds and more winds.

some types of snow and ice. white snow, black ice, hills stones, frost.
I'm still adjusting with the weather.
