Cookery books on food from Philippines and Indonesia

My wife's favourite cook books are "Flavours of the Philippines: A Culinary Guide to the Best of the Islands" & "Memories of Philippine Kitchens". Both of these are available from Amazon.

She also discovered a book about the lives of Filipinos in the UK. It's called "Hinabing Gunita (Woven Memories): Filipinos in the United Kingdom" - an interesting and sometimes sad book to read.
