I think you need to have build up some posting history before you are allowed the edit buttonOriginally Posted by FixYou.
The forum has had many people posting bad things recently and sadly the trust conditions on the forum have been raised quite a bit.
Once you have a posting history all the site features will become available to you, you sound like you have a good head on your shoulders so I am sure you will be very welcome here!
