Cheap Calls to Phils With Itemised billing?

I currently use teletop at 9p per minute. But are there any services which offer fairly cheap rates AND give you an itemised bill? This will help in demonstrating contact when we get to applying for a visa.

Download Skype in your pC then buy top up. It's cheaper and you'll have itemized bills.
You can also buy skpe phone.
You can try VOIP. Much cheaper.
