    Question CNI question

Hi, I need another advice regarding the CNI. My fiance filed his divorce absolute in his local registrar in Poland and now they gave him some certificate that stated that his marriage was dissolved and his status is now divorced. He's confused, is that the CNI? The information written in the document are details about him and about his past marriage. When the clerk in the registrar asked to where he will use it, he said for an upcoming new marriage and that is the paper they gave him and the clerk said that the next document will be from the embassy.
He wanted to make sure that he got the right document because there's not much time left. Do you think that's the CNI? Please help me with this?

Hi Liane if he was a British citizen, the CNI has the words CERTIFICATE OF NO IMPEDIMENT written on it, it's a pale blue colour certificate.
You originally have a short interview, with the Registrar, which you would need to arrange & then it will take 21 days until you can get it, plus you have to pay £30.00 for it.

But as he's a Polish national, things may be different?

He's a Polish and his embassy here in Manila said that upon submission of his version of CNI from his local registrar they would give us a certificate that will allow him to be married here in Philippines.
Thank you September for always trying to help. I really appreciated it

I wanted to see this document given to him but the problem is it's in Polish and he can't translate it very well to me, he just told me about the details written on it. . He said it's written on special paper so maybe it's an important document.
I hope this is their version of CNI in Poland.
    Anyway, thanks Sim

No thats not what it is written
He submitted his divorce absolute to that registrar with Polish translation already and that was the certificate they gave him when he said he intend to get married again, it has different title
