I am here in UK for my fiance visa. And we get married in Jan.2010. We need to apply for my spousal visa, then our plan is to go outside UK for honeymoon.... Is that possible to travel with my Spousal visa? please need some advice...thanks for reading my post...

... are confused .... or confusing us.

If u arrived on a fiancee visa (which I believe you are saying)....
then you use this to get married.
You do NOT "swap" it for a spouse visa.

After getting married, you then need to apply for FLR ... Further Leave to Remain.
If/when granted, that entitles u to stay another 2yrs (give or take).

At present, the FLR takes about 3mnths to process

To travel within Europe you would need a Schengen visa. I could be wrong and I'm sure other members on here will correct me if I am, but I don't think you can get a Schengen visa while your still on a fiancee visa, I think you'll have to wait until you have got your 2 years FLR (Further Leave to Remain), which as someone else has just said could take up to 3 months.

I think that you could travel to other countries in Asia such as Thailand etc.
