Not entirely true,I think Bruce Jones is still in custody after being caught earlier this year with 100 million pesos worth of automatic rifles he is alleged to have smuggled into Pinas from Indonesia,purportedly to equip a private army ,the country is awash with guns,not exactly difficult to source,blaming the army or government is just going to cloud the issue,the damage has already been done,stable,door,horse...........

my wife told me some car jackers were shot,they was all wearing police uniforms....the police didnt know if they was real police or not
