Was it a Cosmo restaurant that you ate in for your Anniversary meal? As they are part of a Chinese restaurant eat-all-you-can chain and there is one I've been to in Tunbridge Wells where I work.

... Not sure, Tim. It's simply known as 'City Buffet' ... but I suppose it COULD well be part of the Cosmo chain, as there's a Cosmo Chinese Takeaway in Perth's neighbouring city - Dundee!
