Now i am confused !!!

now i am confused, on vfs website its say "passport processed passed to courier".. however email recieved by annabel today says "application processed ready for collection...." ? we had paid for it to be delivered and i notified VFS of annabel's change of address, but we dont know if they are going to deliver now, i guess i ring them 8am when they open and ask !...problem is she is in siquijor so cant pop round to VFS.

...also i am aware that she needs to do CFO however does she need to get an xray to? and if so where does she get this done i hope to buy ticket to LHR T3 is it possible that immigration do it there ?

CFO yes, and its a pain in the ass. Make sure she gives herself plenty of time on the day to do this.
I wouldnt worry about XRays. Ive heard about people having them done, and about people being taken for them on arrival in the UK, but when Del came over she had no XRays with her and wasn't even asked at Heathrow. (October 2009, so fairly recently)

hi jonathan, wife sailed through t4 with a short interview by immigration and no mention of xrays.

Hi ... I landed in LHR terminal 1 and they asked for my x-ray..good thing i have it, your wife can have xray in any hospitals in the Phils.
I suggest let your wife have her xray, bring the film and result, just in case.

if you've got xrays and you're asked when you land, just show them

if you don't have xrays with you, they will either ask you to have some taken at the airport or more likely you will not be asked, but a few weeks after you've been in the UK you will be asked to attend a clinic for some to be taken..

so it's not problem if you haven't got xrays
