if you've got xrays and you're asked when you land, just show them
if you don't have xrays with you, they will either ask you to have some taken at the airport or more likely you will not be asked, but a few weeks after you've been in the UK you will be asked to attend a clinic for some to be taken..
so it's not problem if you haven't got xrays
