I think all forums are like this and I've seen plenty of it before. Some people don't always put across what they mean in the best way and some people can take things the wrong way. Some people can say things in humour/as a joke, but when it's written words, people can't hear the tone of voice or see their face, so can be offended and not realise that it's a joke. A lot of frictions would never have happened if what was said was said face to face in normal conversations. Also some people do seem to have an 'internet' personality but when you actually meet them, they are quieter and less outspoken!Originally Posted by Tawi2
Mrs M was always ok,this is the internet,an eclectic mix of characters,we dont all interlock and some have rough edges,but Mrs M was never deliberately abusive nor indeed nasty to anyone,she always came across as a rough diamond and like a diamond maybe she was a little abrasive at times,hope she is ok wherever she is and things are going fine for her with christmas looming
