    Excited about Christmas

Well i'm sat in Cairo airport, en-route to the UK, Marvie and Angel arrive into Manchester on Sunday morning and then we are all set for a wonderful Christmas.
This will be our first Christmas together, since i've not had a Christmas in 8 years due as I've always managed to end up working them.

But now i'm really excited, Angel is 2 and a half and I can't imagine how she will react to the snow. I also think she'll be overwhelmed by Christmas in the UK and all the presents, but I am wondering how she'll cope with seeing going into a grotto to see a big fat sweaty white man with a beard in a red suit.... lol I'm personally making a bet that she'll cry when she meets Santa the first time...

Has it not been cold up there today then?! Today down in Kent, it's been freezing and there was frost about all day. When I walked into my lounge after waking up I thought it seemed warmer than my bedroom and it was only 15.8C! When I stuck the thermometer in my bedroom, it was only 13.8C! They said it will be about -3 to -4 tonight and could well snow on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday!

Yeah, I can imagine that you're looking forward to this Christmas Ricky, especially after being without a proper one for 8 years! Hope all your and Marvies travelling to here here goes as planned.

God grant me the serenity to accept the things i cannot change, the courage to change the things i can and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those people i had to kill because they pissed me off.

Cook the meals now and freeze them, the rest of the family can manage to microwave them while you have your feet up on Xmas day

I spent 2 whole evenings until after midnight wrapping all of Suzie's Birthday and Christmas presents (and some for her family)! Was a bit of a mission!
