To be honest £15 is a pretty usual price for a meal or all you can eat at Chinese restaurants. My Christmas meal was £23 but it was very nice! Just as well I guess!

God grant me the serenity to accept the things i cannot change, the courage to change the things i can and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those people i had to kill because they pissed me off.

My nephew is 16,he is taking his girlfriend for a christmas day meal £60 a head

Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.

On the subject of eat-all-you-can or as I call it eat and run(some pinays could power the national grid with the energy from their fork and spoon such is the speed)there was actually a eat-all-you-can in Davao city for a while,he used to charge 125 or 150 pesos,it was several years ago and I believe he went out of business Theres Banocks now in Davao who does eat all you can rice only

Yeah ... we've one coming up for the Filipino Community in the Perth Area too ... next Monday [21st]. And, like yours, ours is to be held in a local Chinese Restaurant. But again like YOU, my wife and I will not be attending ... for the same reason. I'm retired ... and money's always particularly tight at this time of year!

By convert she means converting what it costs in £'s to what it is in pesos which of course makes things sound very expensive.

I see a few Filipinas (I think) in the town where I work, but am a bit shy to say anything being that I'm not from there etc!
