    I thought the CNI + BC is submitted at the local Civil Registra and not the UK embassay; I got my CNI in the UK already.

    I believe you will have to exchange that CNI in your British Embassy here in the Philippines for a local copy, that's what the civil registrar requires.

    Correct. The CNI that you have from the UK is not the one you submit to get you marriage certificate, as Liane says, you must take that one to the British Embassy and exchange it for the Philippine version.

    Yes as others have said, you need to change your CNI for the Philippine version, at the British Embassy....It will cost you 5000 something php.
