Visa Application advise

HI!

I got my spouse visa last Feb 09, but only flew here last week of April. I checked the Home Office website..and I learned I have to apply for my visa earlier if I used it later after receiving it.

1. As spouse visas are only for 2 yrs... mine will expire on feb 2011, right?
2. When should I apply for ILR (this is the next type I should apply for, right?)

I know this it's still early, but it's better if I get the advice so I'd know what to do.

Your visa should be valid for 27 months rather than 2 years - it should state the expiry date on it. Assuming it is valid for 27 months you can apply for ILR the last week of March 2011 at the earliest.
