Hi & welcome, I'm sorry to hear of your situation.
There is someone who posted recently on this forum, in the same situation as you. She posts under the name of john weng.

Try to find her posts. Sorry I can't give you any further advice.
It's still early morning, as I'm replying here, so I'm sure, you'll get more advice as the day progresses.

    Welcome welcome to our forum!

I knew situation about yours but I am not sure about the appeal you're on about.
You cannot rush the system about divorce if you will be deported soon. I am not sure how long to process divorce here but my husband divorce took 5 months process 15 years ago.
That's really a big problem so I hope you will sort all before your visa runs out.

Divorce can be done in a month if no money/kids are involved, just go the courts get the papers for about £100 and do it yourself. You don't need solicitors.

So im guessing you were on two year spouse visa? Im sorry to ask this do you have proof of the abusive relationship? Your first point of call should be to the local CAB office who can advise you on what to do.

    http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/index/getadvice.htm

You will find the processes will take time hopefully the CAB can help advise you on the best course of action.
Oh lord why did you make so many clothes and shoe shops
