Not really sure which I prefer?as far as I'M concerned. Gone are the days when customers could consult their Bank Manager in the privacy of *HIS [*not intended to be sexist!] office.
I invariably find myself yearning for the 'Good Old Days'!
But then, I'm very much a product of the "Old School". And proud of it!
I agree Arthur, somethings need to be serious, Banks are one of them.
I think many of the staff, certainly in mine, are quite rude...I've queue'd up before & then they say "You could have used the machine to do that".
Well I don't always want to use themachine, arrggghhhhh!!!
