I Dont think that there will be any terrorist strikes in Cebu.... at least in the next few weeks.... Two reasons for that...
1st..Tropical Typhoon "Seniang"- "Utor"
2nd...Southeast asian Summet has been called off... because of the Storm.
3. If this is Western intelligence, it is probably confusion over a Brazilian on holiday!!!
