Thanks Liane! I used to do that when I had my little internet shop. I usually go to public schools and ask the dean if they can find me honest, hardworking and keen to learn. I have noticed that students are better than graduates in some good reasons.That would be a nice ideaYou will be helping these students,too. If you pay them a hundred pesos for 4 hrs part time work, free snacks and transportation, you will see how happy they are. They can do their homeworks for free inside the shop, they can learn more and surf the web for free and develop their skills.
If you hire professional/graduates, you have to pay them basic pay as that states in the law. Most graduates target companies are those big companies.
