first of all, congats in finding your true love...
second, please read the vfs website... it will tell you the step by step procedure on what you should do when applying for the visa. the forms and guidance notes are there as well.
third, you can answer the form online, but your spouse should still need to go to vfs manila to submit her application and documents as she will have to do her biometrics thingy.
