Hmm ... from MY point of view, the very fact that "the sender" of the comunication starts off by referring to himself as [MR] William Patrick ... instead of simply, William Patrick ... and proceeds to "sign-off" in the same manner is, in itself, 'a dead giveaway'! If I had £1 for every [so-styled] piece of junk mail I'VE received, I'd have been a rich man long ago.
