    help

    i need help, me and my fiance are getting married on march 8 2010 the problem is im on student visa and my student visa has already expired last december 31 2009, now if me and fiance will get married here and ill go back to philippines because my fiance will process our papers here so that i can come back here, please do help us what to do..

    how are you going to get married here? your visa has expired and your an overstayer, have you applied for a COA ? even if you have, it's not a visa, even if you have applied, the H/O will know where your living

    seeing your visa has expired, your probably better off going back to the phils, becuase its better if you leave on your own free will, before the border agency find you and try to deport you, in the phils get married there or go back and apply for a fiancee visa and come back to the UK, you overstaying shouldn't effect you getting your visa unless the applicant has previously contrived in a significant way to frustrate the intentions of immigration Rules
