    address for returning papers

Hi all - my husband lives in a remote sitio in the mountains of Negros - with no messenger service - i send letters through the barangay capitan and he sends it up with a Brgy tanod as and when they go (totally unreliable)- we will meet in manila next month to apply for his spouse visa - from other's posts here I understand that the embassy courier will only return paper/passport to the applicant directly - should he put the correspondance address as his father's boss in Tagaytay and then sit it out with his father and for however long it takes - it coud be months though - I know they text the day before or something (do you pay extra for that?) but he wouldn't be able to get there from home in one day!......the little things are the most awkward!

when you apply, they will ask you if you want your documents to be posted back to you or rather prefer to be pick up then tell the VFS that you will pick it up yourself as i did mine.
