Nice to see you back Alan. Now is my chance to thank so for kindly helping my wife on her trip here. Many many many many thanks for staying with her even through immigration. and handing her over to me personally at arrivals.above and beyond the call of duty. You are sir by all means a true true gentleman. Both my wife and I were honoured to have met you and were touched my your kindness. May all that you hope and wish for come true. once again thank you from both my wife and myself.

Dave - what touching sentiments!! I thank you for those.

However, may I say that the pleasure was all mine. You have a lovely lady there - look after her as I know you will.

Say 'hello' from me and take care!

    Welcome.

Rochelyn and I wish you the best of luck in your change of country and all that goes with that.

BTW, I had to cancel my Vodafone contract as the content control kept coming back all the time after them continually telling me it was taken off. A real headache at the time as I too had problems when using the word "Filipino" to check this forum, air flights etc..

They were VERY reluctant to release me from the contract.....

Must be a bit depressing coming back, though good in some ways.
Has it changed since you went away?

Just don't go weeing in the street, when it takes your fancy.

Thanks everyone - you are very kind.

Has anything changed? Hmmm - I wasn't fully prepared for the temperature.

Have spent the last 3 days shivering uncontrollably!! Just can't get warm.

Welcome back to the Sunny UK Alan Even though I was only in the Philippines for 3 weeks, it took me forever to get used to the cold weather again
