if you used registered post etc, it might not show as delivered on any tracking because it takes time as the HO gets 1,000s of apps aday..
no problems if your visa has expired after they got your app,
your here legally until they tell you whether your app was successful or notthanks joe , i havent check if they taken the money out of the bank yet
