Gobby Gary once again shows what makes him the most hated, loathsome player in the country. Some bits here sum it up nicely :-

We know City has been a bit classless at times, we all know this, but don’t let that bring you down to their level. As a former captain, Neville, in his waning career, completely gave the media a classless act for us all to talk about. Save your dignity. Retire Neville, retire.
Deservingly so, the WSN ****** of the Week Award goes to… you guessed it, Gary Neville.

The picture you see above is Tevez celebrating his goal yesterday in the Carling Cup.
To the right is Tevez, gesturing to the United bench that he does his talking on the pitch. To the the left is sour, frustrated, and old Gary Neville doing what he knows how to do best: annoy fans and players alike.
Neville, warming up as a substitute, responded with a rude salute that could potentially bring disciplinary punishment from the FA, given the warning he received over his provocative celebration in United's derby win in the Premier League in September.
I believe the fact of the matter is United couldn't afford the fee to retain him. It is all coming out of the woodwork now, one week before the £500million bond begging bowl is rolled out Ferguson lies about having the £80million Ronaldo wedge but not seeing anyone suitable to spend it on.
Fergie fergie sign him up!!
Anybody figure out why mancini brought Tevez off? I've never seen such a lazy **** as that benjani, looked liked he couldn't care less.
fergie did not want him....80£m, for ronaldo...he cud have kept tevez... but did not

Another quote Old Red Nose would rather forget
"Carlos reminds me of Eric Cantona in the way that he has a knack of rising to the occasion with a goal just when it's needed," said Ferguson, 24 hours before naming Tévez as a substitute for Manchester United's Champions League last 16, second-leg victory over Lyon at Old Trafford.
