    In this country and the Philippines almost limitless resources could be spent to improve health and treat illness. But certain illnesses, like cancer, attract a high proportion of what is available, and less emotive conditions such as mental health or physiotherapy arguably attract too little.
    It's partly down to "who shouts loudest" and fires the public's sympathy; but where limited resources go is certainly not always fair; there's winners and losers.

    I'm very sorry that the size of my font was the only concern for members responding to my post. I've learned my lesson, I will not make the same mistake again.
