Hello can I ask for some help, Im confused of which form I am going to print to fill out for my son's visa application form. I am here in the UK with spouse visa and now Im going to apply a visa for my 6 years old son to come and join me here. Can someone please tell me which forms should I fill out please.

if your married to a brit in the uk, then it's the same form you used VAF4A

Thank you so much Joebloggs that was a big help I also wanna ask what are the proof I can show that I have a sole responsibility for my child and a custody? Any documents I should include in the documents I will submit together with my application?

were you married to the father ?
is the childs father named on their birth certificate ?
does the father still have contact with the child ?
who looks after the child now and how long have they been looking after the child?

search for 'sole responsibility' on the forum, covered this many times
