Can anyone confirm this is the correct visa application form for applying for a visa for my wife to join me in the UK when my work placement in Philippines ends and I return to my work position in the UK. Wife is a Filipino national.

Married in January, been here since last Summer. But partner been to UK for 5 months last Winter on tourist visa.
