... or, let's say their respective roles were reversed, and the Londoner walked into a Philippines' bank with the same amount in sterling - only to receive a similar response, along with the latest market value in Filipino currency. D'you suppose HIS [the Londoner's] retort would've been: "FluctuaSIans!"?
