Fiance Visa Approved- Thank You

Hi folks

I am really happy to say that my lovely Fiances Visa was received this week

3 Weeks after submission.

I would like to thank EVERYONE for their useful advice prior to submission of our evidence.

We followed the advice regarding what to include. The sponsor letter I wrote made me cry as I wrote it and as I read it afterwords. However, I just wrote down how much love I have in my heart for my fiance, along with other information as suggested by members re my job, home etc.

I would also like to thank the ECO for considering the evidence and approving the Visa so quickly.

My Fiance and I are beyond HAPPY

My Fiance received an email & txt saying application has been processed and dispatched. 2 days later the original docs and visa etc arrived.

Thanx for all the kind wishes

The best advice I can give is follow all the advice in the Forum re Fiance Visa evidence such as bank statements, wage slips, savings, letter from employer, sections of Yahoo chat logs, we also included some shown length of our chats eg uptp 6 hrs a day, so maybe 3 pages shown start, mid point and end etc (cause actual Archive is 3200 pages + ), reciepts from visits to Manila, Xoom reciepts, pictures of us together, with her family etc.

Sponsorship letter (very emotional the letter to write, because all your love for your fiance hits you as you write it) covering circumstances of meeting, finances, accommodation, relationship at present, future plans.

We made a point of incl pics of us just being natural, not posed, as some relatives took pics of us when we not realise, some of them are our fav so far because so natural and show the love and strong bond between us.

I hope this is useful. However, in reality, its all already detailed on this great Forum.

Thanks end of month or early March We cant wait. I just got to get her air ticket organised etc

She plan to arrive in Manila one day, next day CFO & day after fly to me

I hope one day is enough re CFO visit?

Hi Angel, well done, what an achievement and what a lovely feeling to finally have it approved! Im helping my dad and his fiancee with their visa application. We are doing the application on line. Did your fiance apply for Settlement visa for Marriage? Just not sure if its the right one. The wedding is booked for July and wehave the covering letters and evidence done and ready just not sure if we have the right forms. Can anyone help? finding the official people not very helpful

Hi thanks for kind wishes

My fiance applied for Fiance visa. We filled it in online, however, when she got to the VFO with the docs etc for the appointment, she was told we had submitted the wrong form in error

However, the nice lady at the VFO meeting allowed my fiance to hand write the correct form, wow what a relief

So if you complete it online, make sure its the correct form
