Does this means I have access to public funds now or still not coz it didn't say on my permit or letter that I can access to public funds it only says, "Indefinite leave to remain in the UK

Hi and congratulations !! I might be wrong but I think you have to be a british citizen to access most public funds. I believe my sister in law couldn't get her child tax credit although she has given birth to my niece here until she became a citizen, at the time it had to go thru my brother's account who was a british citizen.
