This time I got £25 off a great Logitech PC sound system....

I researched my laptop for weeks before buying at Curry's
    Sounds fair enough

Always plenty in stock in Phil cos no one buys them!
Any pc`s I saw there were poor quality to say the least and mostly desktops.
We bought our HP laptop from the well known computer store......Tescos Direct!
Ordered saturday night and arrived on the following Monday, lovely.

Yes, they are a little more expensive but when I bought my new £700+ HP laptop last month it was helpful to inspect the specs of all the other laptops at the same time.
I find it helpful to see things out of the box before I buy.
It's much easier to compare on the internet rather than from a small selection that the High Street firms want you to buy! As for seeing them, plenty of pics of each model on Google.

The Dell laptop I bought was £1000, lower spec in PC World was £1,700

When buying the wifes Laptop we ended up with Currys and it was a dell the best offer i could find at the time which surprised me and with vouchers and what not it was cheaper and delivered asap..

We had delivered but one had thing which people forget is when the fridge breaks down or you need a item in a hurry like now the currys and pc worlds who are very expensive unless the item is in a sale. Often have the stock you can get hands on there and then.
NO waiting for couriers and then finding out its faulty or the wrong spec..

Although i dont advise anyone to venture into one of there stores to rely on the advice given in them and to read up themsleves. you cant beat having the choice of dashing out to a store round the corner and having at home or whereever as needed. For them holding the stock of course they will charge..

If the airban makes freight go though the roof im guessing many of the order just in time online retaillers may not be able to offer the value they can at present..
Oh lord why did you make so many clothes and shoe shops
