22 February 2010: Paying visa application fees in the Philippines. With immediate effect your visa application fees must be paid with a manager's cheque (bank draft). All other payment modes are temporarily suspended until further notice.

i wonder why

They are being strict in BDO, when my relative pay her visa they ask the orig passport, during my time we dont need to show the passport as only # needed as they been told from british embassy that someone write his/her name wrongly and confussed who really the genuine applicant

For some reason, I dont know

they dont want to accept cash now as hold....rs are around the corner
