Talking multiple tourist visa granted in 2 days!

I just want to share this. Im so happy coz a friend of mine was granted a visitor visa in just 2 days and its even MULTIPLE entry visa!!! WOW...seems they dont even check on her documents and just give her visa that quick! I was worried for her as i read here that many are denied or some are waiting long time to know if they denied or granted... These are the documents they give...

    a)A completed visa application form
    b)visa fee in peso
c)One recent coloured and unframed passport size photograph
d)Bank statements for the past 6 months
e)current passport with 6 months validity
    f)sponsor's passport copy with stamps
g)her bank certificate stating her money in the bank
    h)NBI - just for identification
    i)Applicant's income tax return
j)applicant's employment certificate(stating how long employer giving her holiday at work)
k)applicant's insurance for travelling - just to show she wont claim in gov't funds if accidents occur.
L)some pictures - just to show they met each other
    m)sponsor's invitation letter
n)Her own explanation letter - stating that she will be going back to phil before her visa expired and that she have work waiting for her and the money in the bank that she can only access when she is in phil. Her relationship to the sponsor and how many times they met.

Hope it will help guys to other who want to get Multiple Tourist visa in 2 days!hehe

Great news, when the documents are correct they seem to be issuing a lot of visas very quickly. I know we had Marvies and Angels within 48 hours, and I've even heard of Spouse and Fiance visas in less then a week on another thread.

As with all visa's if you supply the exact information they require, turnover is quick. The process is slowed when they have to go chasing things up and verifying information you have given them.

Well done, your friend Mhae! And thanks for taking the time to share the information she provided ... it will prove extremely helpful for others thinking of applying for similar visas.

    congrats

but many people have been refused with a similar app as yours, or even more evidence than you supplied, with more reasons to return.

a visit visa is still a lucky lottery

but at that price, its always worth trying

yeah you're right but i think what's help the most is their money in bank coz my friend has more than 500k in bank then her sponsor got lots too..also maybe the insurance in her travelling and her employer's letter...I think they giving tourist visa quick coz they think that she will never get from gov't funds in her stay here coz both of them got money in their bank and with the help of travelling insurance and employer's letter to show she will never overstay here coz theres a high paying salary job waiting for her in phil...

I presume she is visiting a boyfriend? That relationship would actually be the most important part of her application because as others on here will tell you that they managed to get a tourist visa without any job or savings in the Philippines.

All the same, it has to be said that, when BOTH partners are comfortably well-off financially ... and the applicant can ALSO produce references from a credible source - most notably an employer - then such factors are more than likely to carry considerable weight in influencing a favourable outcome!!

some people have been refused a visa, even with savings,a job and property in the phils..
and having a b/f in the uk is one reason for her not to return b4 her visa expires..

but honesty is the best policy. and with a bit of luck you'll get your visa
