which fish for sinigang in UK?

Just back from Phils - and enjoyed sinigang with bangrus (cooked by me!) on my first night - one of my favourites (if enough chilli!) - I have a packet of sinigang in the cupboard, but what fish can you use in the UK (that doesn't cost too much!) and what replaces Kankun? - pit chai?

    Thanks anyone

there is bangus in every asian store here, but i sometimes use sea bream for sinigang and u can get most veg in tesco or asian stores
God grant me the serenity to accept the things i cannot change, the courage to change the things i can and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those people i had to kill because they pissed me off.

    Use Spinach if no Kangkong.
I have my tambacol here but no sinigang mix.
Can you send me a packet please?

Hmmm I am thinking about smoked salmon for Ate Ping.
My husband used to deliver smoked salmon to Leeds and gave me a big box of it.
