From what you say it's likely you've had "community acquired pneumonia" or lung inflammation due to an infection, which has been treated by antibiotics. It's true X-ray / radiograph changes can persist for a few weeks but if you have a medical report with the diagnosis and treatment, and your general health is good, then you shouldn't worry
