i really need ur opinions on wht the best way to do....
as i said before, I intended to lodge my spouse visa next month, i dont have time to amend my passport so basically im planning to lodge my applications and all my documents using my maiden name. The only thing that i used my hubby's surname is my documents at work and IF ever I think i can changed it again using my single name.
So it is okay to apply for spouse visa first and later the amendment of passport?
Your response will really help me a lot.......

... the documents you use at work ought to have no bearing on the *ones needed for your visa application - *which DO have to correspond with the [maiden] name shown on your existing passport. As will that mentioned by your husband in his letter of support.

... MY wife was one of those successful applicants a little over a year ago ... and will CONTINUE using the passport issued in her maiden name for as long as she's allowed to do so ...
