So Labour claim its the party of many, not the few.
Elfyn Llwyd of Plaid summed up the budget very well, basically if you live in a rural area, with a low income and little or no public transport, you will lose out.
Where I live theres 1 bus every 3 hours, so I rely on the car. Petrol is going up 3p over the next 12 months. Then my personal allowance is staying at last years level, but prices have risen - council tax, food, etc, so thats more money lost. Then as for abolition of stamp duty on property sales under £250K, no good to me on a low income and small savings and the banks refusing to lend.
